The Face - a chamber opera by Donald Crockett and David St. John is using the producing organization Firebird Ensemble Inc., (a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization) as its fiscal sponsor.

In addition to three fully staged performances in Los Angeles and a concert performance in Boston, The Face project also features a rich and multi-faceted education and mentoring program which offers creative opportunities for young theatre arts students, singers, instrumentalists, film makers and graphic artists. One of the goals of The Face project is to provide work experience to talented young people under the guidance of the professional team for the project. In addition Firebird Ensemble is developing collaborative relationships with community-based organizations in order to offer free performances and workshops to young and under-served audiences.  These programs are dependant on the contributions of individuals and organizations. All contributions to The Face project are tax deductible to the full extent of the law.

Volunteer:
 Please consider volunteering for this project. We are looking for volunteers who will act as drivers during the production period in Boston and Los Angeles, ushers for the performances and also volunteers for canvassing activities.
